In addition to black coffee and café au lait (coffee with milk), they have the standard espresso beverages like Americanos, cappuccinos, lattes that are made without sweeteners. They have hot tea (they call a hot tea a Longfellow, but you can just ask for a "hot tea" if you prefer) and chai lattes (Byron) and mate lattes (Keats). All of these, minus the poet names, are standard coffee shop beverages.

Each shop has their own unique program. The Brent lane shop has a "coffee club" card that gives you a free drink on your birthday as well as tracks your purchases. After 10 purchases, you receive a free drink! My shop in Foley AL uses your credit card and an app to track purchases and rewards a point for per dollar and awards a free drink at 50 points! Don't forget that you are getting excellent coffee on your way to a free drink.
